肉品保存方式：

  • 冷藏保存：新鮮肉品買回後1~2日內食用最佳，賞味期限3日內為限。 非真空狀態下冷藏保存前，建議用密閉容器或保存用保鮮袋，防止與空氣接觸。
  • 冷凍保存： 如單次購買量較大，可以將3天內無法食用完的肉品放入冷凍庫，於購買後1個月內食用完畢最佳。解凍時，建議食用前一日至於冷藏室低溫解凍，最能保持肉的品質。
