Description

RÒU BY T-HAM 帶皮火腿
特選新鮮完整的帶皮豬後腿，經長時間醃漬熟成，不額外添加香料或胡椒搶味，與核桃木燻香融合形成最自然的火腿原味，肉質鮮甜，清爽不油膩，皮脂部分Q彈有嚼勁，無論單吃或搭配料理使用，滋味都很美味。



依據不同料理方式處理，口感也會所不同。

  • 切塊：口感Ｑ彈，有嚼勁
  • 切厚片約4-5mm：口感有嚼勁
  • 切薄片約2-3mm：口感滑嫩
  • 整半顆或整顆：做爐烤 honey glazed ham、 honey baked ham 也非常適合。

          ※小提醒：職人火腿皆為宅配冷凍出貨，退冰後口感會與冷藏略有差異。

肉品保存方式：

  • 冷藏保存：風乾產品與火腿加工品拆封後建議1~2日內食用完最佳。非真空狀態下冷藏保存時，建議用密封容器或保存用保鮮袋，防止與空氣接觸。
  • 冷凍保存： 如單次購買量較大，可以將3天內無法食用完的肉品放入冷凍庫，於購買後1個月內食用完畢最佳。解凍時，建議於食用前一日置於冷藏室低溫解凍，最能保持肉的品質。
